IDOC trigger manually Failed

Hi Experts,

We are having a issue.When we try to Trigger an IDoc manually the status RED and when triggered Automaticaly the status is GREEN. Our IDOC is not reaching our PI Server from R/3 Server.

IDOC status is 37:IDoc: 0000000000002035 Status: IDoc added incorrectly.

I will appreciate for a quick answer as its a prioty issue.

Hi,

In the Success IDOC see the port and check the same port in we21. The port is pointed to XI server or some other system.

By manually do you mean through WE19?

Check BD87 in R/3 and make sure IDOC is not stuck there.

Thanks Amir,

I gave wrong message time and now its working.But the main issue is the IDOC is triggered successfully but we are unable to see in PI(sxmb_moni).

We have moved from dev to qa.(PI7.1) the BS using the File system method.

In QA we created 2 groups(one for Dev n one for QA).

Imported Group of Dev(BS) successfully.

Created new BS in QA and assigned to imported BS from Dev.

Our inbound is working successfully but only the outbound is not even reaching to PI from R/3.

Please guide me.

Sunil,

Check in SM58 of SAP and see whether there is any error. Also see smq2 in XI for any errors.

Hey

Can you please check IDX5 in XI-QA system.

If any IDOC has reached XI,it will show up there.if you dont find IDOC,then it never reached XI.

In that case check BD87 in R/3 and make sure IDOC is not stuck there.

Also please check sxmb_moni in Dev,its possible that you may have given incorrect ports/RFC dest etc and it has gone to some other system instead of going to PI-QA.

Hi,

I have checked SM58,SMQ2 and IDX5 nothing is seen in these.

Ports and RFC are fine.

No IDOC is reaching to PI.

Hi

Try this

Goto --> Integration Directory --> Click on "ECC Business System"

For example : ECCQA

Click --> Edit Mode --> From drop down menu "Adapter Specific Identifiers"

There would be a icon with hand "Compare with System landscape Directory"

click on that , apply . and try again.

Hope u have mainatined IDX1 / IDX2 (Better delete) / we20 / we21 / Logical System (Maintained) / Distribution Model set

Have you checked the status of IDOC message in SXMB_MONI transaction in R/3?

If its sucess just check to which PI system it has delivered... ?

HI Sunil,

-->Please Recheck your Partner Profiles in your WE20 t-code.Whether you had mentioned the correct the Logical system and OUTBOUND PARAMETERS and Receiver Port.

-->Check the Port which you had created in your R/3 system and RFC destination which you assigned to the Port.
