URL to SAP Portal Page no longer working

We recently upgraded to a HANA database. We have links to portal pages that we send to our users that direct them to a specific page that displays a specific record.

These links were working prior to the HANA upgrade but now they are no longer working. The URL will take us to the portal page but will not open the document. Is there a different parameter string that needs to be added to the URL for HANA?

Our current url format is:

//portal_content/xxxxxxxxxx&ECP_NO=IS2017000060

The &ECP_NO=IS2017000060 is the key to the record that we want displayed
