We are having a minor problem with Crystal XI at the company I work at. There is a specific report that we created in Crystal XI that is setup to print in Landscape mode. The clients access this report through a 3rd party application (orsos). When they print from their workstations the reports seem to be printing with the settings of their local installed printer and will print in portrait instead of landscape (unless we change the settings on their local printer manually to landscape). Is there some way in the actual Crystal XI program to force the report be printed in landscape mode? I have read that in earlier versions there was some sort of check box to accomplish this. Thanks in advance.
