How to change the Server email sender's name

We send email alerts from B1, but when they come from the system they go out with the return address of the email placed in the company details e-mail adress. This is OK but the Name that goes to the recipient says 'Server', Is there any way to change this? We want it to be something the recipient will see as coming from SAP so they don't junk the email.
