How to run pos work bench

Hello all,

We are configuring the sap car. As this is newly configured we don't have any data in pos workbench (posdw/mon0). Can anyone please help me to post some transaction in pos work bench.

Our main target is to confirm the behavior, how checks are getting performed. All the slt connections are already set up. We want to simulate the process.

Note: previously I was using one xml file. Can I use the same? Then also I need to get into work bench to simulate this. Is there any report that I caN run to post data in work bench?

Hi SOUMYAJIT CHAKRABORTY,

You can use the same XML and get the transaction generated as you use to do earlier.

In order to simulate the entire scenarios you should perform E2E testing wherein you need to send transaction from your POS system to PI (or any other integration tool you might have used) which in turn will create transaction in POS DM.

You can run then /POSDW/PIPEDISPATCHER report with appropriate selection for processing of tasks and confirm the behavior you are after.
