Hi All,
Checking if there is possibility to create automatic service tickets using maintenance plan based on the Status update from the previous/current service ticket.
Kindly advice if this is possible. if yes, how to achieve it.

Hi Rishikesh,
I don't think there is any standard functionality in Maintenance Plan to achieve this. However you can achieve this by custom development via PDI.
