Error: Screen output without connection to user

Hello Friends,

I know this error usually comes, when calling a SAP GUI /screen.

The problem is, we have f4 help attatched to inputfield.... when I click on f4 help not getting this error, however when colleuges click on this help button, got the error msg....

Same coading, different effect, ? what is the problem, ? any suggestion ?

You and your colleagues have common role assigned? that search help might require additional authorization object. try to check once.
