Help files only working via online help option

I have a customer who logs onto SAP via Citrix and when he clicks on the '?' icon to display the help files it says 'please reload the page' When he presses F1 he gets the same message. However when he goes to Help-> documentation->online help the help files work! Does anybody know why this might be happening? I have checked the notes relating to help files not working but it's not exactly the same scenario as these do work but only when you access them 1 way out of the 3 possible.
