Workflow on position becoming vacant in the system.

Hi,

I am currently looking to develop a worklfow which will send notifications to the responsible agents when a position becomes vacant. It will be done through tcode PA40.

Please let me know which BOR to use and which event.

Also please let me know if I need to use a user exit in PA40 to trigger the workflow.

Thanks and Regards,

Soumya G.
