G. Praveen Kumar
Praveen,
Assuming you have done all the settings from SAP to XI. If not do a search in SDN.
If the status is green color in SAP for the idoc you trigerred, then check in SM58 of SAP whether there is any error.
Check smq2 in PI for any errors. If you dont find any errors then if you are running your scenario for the first time you may need to upload the metadata. For this you need to go to idx2 in PI and upload the metadata, then it should work.

Hi,
I am also working alongwith Praveen on this interface.
In SM58 we are getting this status text "No service for system SAPQA1, client 215 in Integration directory."
One observation we had is the that rfc destination from ECC to PI side has connectivity fine but remote logon is not working.
Could this be the reason, if it is then how should we fix it?
Please check and assist ASAP.

>>No service for system SAPQA1, client 215 in Integration directory."
This clearly states that there is some issue with Business system for SAPQA1.
Please check SLD and make sure that you have defined business system for SAPQA1 CLNT215 and have imported this business system in ID and defined your objects by using this Business system.
Thanks

Hey,
If possible go to QA and check whether the business system has related logical system associated to it or not
This is clearly an error with the logical system business system should have related logical system name and R/3 id and mandat associated to it other wise we end up with error
