trying to connect to database

I have Eclipse running, but I can't connect to the database.

I created my Report using CR 10 and opened it in CR 2008. It works in CR 2008.

When I open the report in Eclipse there is no database connect (in the CR view). I tried creating the connection and the wizzard says it can not find "ojdbc14.jar" for the Oracle 10 database.

Where do I find this driver. The database people here have no idea what I am asking for (neither do I). Is this something that I can download from Oracle?
