E-mails have been saved at the wrong account, using Add-in for MS Outlook. The e-mail is not available anymore in Outlook.
When opening the e-mail in the activity tab and clicking on edit,
the Account name remains gray and cannot be changed.
Is there a way to link the existing e-mail to another account?

Have you tried with --> Mass Data Maintenance --> export e-mails with that certain account and import with the new account?
Or, even better with Data Worbench?

The Account details in the Email activity within C4C can't be modified.
