General forwarding NOT allowed - agents determined but not in inboxes

Hi,

I have a decision task with agent determination via a simple role.

If I set it as general task, the correct agents with the role get the item in their inbox.

If I set the task to General forwarding NOT allowed, the items are NOT in their inboxes.

The workflow log shows the agents in the agents list when you press the Agents button.

But, if you press the Possible Agents button, you get the message: No agents found for this task

which contradicts the fact that it's showing a list of agents.

I can swap from General task to General forwarding NOT allowed and back again and the behaviour is repeated, so

not a buffering issue.

We are on ECC6 SP15.

Any suggestions please?
