Email when change request created to change Manager

Hi,

We have created new action Z_SEND_MAIL_TO_CHANGEMANAGER for action profile SDCR:

For this action defination, partner function is SDCR0002 ( Change Manager )

Now we are have defined condition for action profile SDCR and Action defination Z_SEND_MAIL_TO_CHANGEMANAGER.

Start COndition is '&CRM Service Process.User Status& = E0006SDCRHEAD'

But this action is not executed ( condition is not met ) same with &CRM Service Process.User Status& = E0001SDCRITEM .

Please let me know if you have any information about this.
