Dear Gurus,
Can the multilevel categorization be used in the interaction center only?
We are on CRM 2007 and are using the Web UI for end use. The categorization tabs are available in the service orders but the same are not populated with the codes and codes groups attached to the service order. I understand that the catalogs, codes, etc are not available as standard in the Web UI (however the same are available in SAP GUI) for service orders and the multi-level categorization can be used as a substitute to attain the same result. If so, I request the CRM gurus to kindly provide the steps where by the same catalogs can be used under the categorizations fields in the Web UI (kindly note that this is not a interaction center scenario) - i need the customization steps to link the catalogs and the categorizations.
