lsmw error

hi,

experts,

could you please tell me anyone of you, like in LSMW i am uploading sales orders but in 8th step of LSMW after assigning excel file and when I try to save the it, It shows an error stating thatno logical path has been specified.

any help on this will be highly apprciated.

hi Amit,

thanks for your prompt reponse, the thing is in the 8th of LSMW when i try to clik read data, it show an error stating that laoding from front end is not is not allowed for packed /hexadec. fiedls.

Hi Ahmad

When you are assigning the file there you check the file type and Delimiter and field structure in

the pop up screen of file assignment.Hope it will help.

after assighning the file , when i ask the system to read the data, its shows an error stating that loading from front end is not allowed for packed hexa/ decimal fields.

Hi Ahmed

you should not assign the excel file to that LSMW. The excel file to be saved in .csv/.txt format.

You can simply copy the data from Excel and paste it to notepad.Try this ite will help.
