Creation of Organizational Structure And Upload a Employee Master Data

Hi All,

How to upload a existing Employee Master Data in to SAP as we r implimenting SAP-HR (ECC 6.0) and i have to upload existing all employee data into SAP.

I have Created Enterprice Structure, Now i want to create a Organizational Structure How to create it ?????

Follow these steps to upalod HR master data :

1. Create BDC object for OM data : upload infotypes in this sequence 1000,1001.1005 and other OM infotyope. from Legcy data use T-code PP01 or PP02 .

2. Now we need to hire the employees in SAP.

Perform these

Initial conversion : Create BDC of PA40 trancaction i.e hiring Action.

Current conversion : uplaod all other actions like permotion, transfer etc. by the PA40.

3. Now you can upload all other infotype in this sequence :0007,0008,0006,0009, and the payroll & benifity infotypes.

Hi,

First upload HR Master data using LSMW or BDC. If you are not uploading historical data of employees just upload Initial Hire date data then current master data.

Coming to OM data you can create all objects using LSMW. Maintain reporting structure & Cost centers.

Organisational structure have

objects like

O S P C K

so we have to make two Templates one is for Objects and another is for Relatonships

that exists among the objects

kidnly check

For uploading Existing Personnel numbers on to SAP. Maintain number range as external.

you can use either BDC(using SHDB recording) or use LSMW to upload master data.

For creating Orgstructure u can use either of thses methods,

Organizational staffing:

PPOCE u2013 Create.

PPOME u2013 Change.

PPOSE u2013 Display.

General structure:

PPSC u2013 Create.

PPSM u2013 Change.

PPSS u2013 Display.

Matrix:

PPME u2013 Change.

PPMS u2013 Display.

Expect Mode:

PO1Ø u2013 organizational unit.

POØ3 u2013 Job.

PO13 u2013 Position.

POØ1 u2013 Work Center.

PFCT u2013 Task.

PPØ1 u2013 General.

Hi,

You can upload master data by creating LSMWs for various infotypes and actions like IT0006, IT0022, IT0023 etc.

If you have any special checks are to be done while upload then you can use BDC for the same.

Also for creating positions and jobs etc. in OM you can create LSMW.
