Posting parked Invoice

Hello Experts,

At My client side the store person is parking the invoices by MIR7. But the other user (finance person) is unable to see those invoices by his user ID as he is going to post them. I want that the invoices parked by one user can be posted by other use. can any body help me?? waiting for the reply.......

Hi

Give the other person authorisation for Tcode MIR4.

You can view then post parked invoices in MIR4.

I Tried MIR4 but it is displaying the document only and there is no option for simulate and posting

Hi Mehul,

You go to FBV0 tcode, and put your invoice number and period, press enter, you will get your parked invoice opened. Just save and exit.Go to FBL1N and see, your parked invoice is posted.

Hi

Go to MIR4

Enter your MIR7 doc number and fiscal year

click on display document icon

then in next screen click on "edit" menu .... now click on display/change

Then you can edit/post ur invoice

in MIR4 once the document is displayed go to:

Menu

Edit

Display -> Change

Here you´ll be able to simulate and post.

My problem is solved but the client's demand is the list of parked invoices sould be visible for two users. is it possible? wts the setting required plz help.
