Intrastat data issue

Hello Expert,

I am using S/4 Hana intrastat report. I need few clarification.

1- Country of arrival where do we maintain so that it will pick into report.

2- Country of origin I think it picks from Material master data ?

3- Region is not picking into my report. I have maintained in material master but still not picking or it works through configuration setting.

4- I can see in my report from Austria to Italy but From Italy to Austria not able to see so is there any configuration setting.

Please help here.
