One Crystal Reports Does not print on some xp machines

Just one of my Crystal reports that prints multiple checks does not print (On screen or Printer) on some XP machines....

I am using the old 4.6 version but all my other reports print OK .... Is there system file that needs to be present for some reports to print on some XP machines ..... It work well on my XP machines but my client cannot print this one report only ... He prints all the rest OK>>>>> Any ideas???? I don't think it could be a printer driver problem as the report does not even come up on screen first to give you the option to print ..... help
