Access site from external network from SAP trough SAP Webdispatcher

Hello,

I'll describe what we are trying to reach,
I have SAP System which is located in internal network (No access from outside and to outside). I also have SAP Webdispatcher (Kernel 749) which have access to internal network and to outside (external sites).

What I want to achieve is reach external site from SAP trough Webdispatcher.
External site is not SAP system, just normal website.

I tried so far to use:
wdisp/system_0 = SID=EXT, EXTSRV=test.website.com:443, SRCVHOST:*, SRCURL=/*, STICKY=true, SSL_ENCRYPT=2

But that not helped, also I tried to use ICM_REDIRECT and that works, when connecting to webdispatcher it redirect the connection to target site, problem is that the connection is not happening TROUGH webdispatcher, just SAP trying directly connect to the external site.
