cProjects activation steps

Can anyone help me with the preconfiguration steps for cProjects. when I go to SE80 and giht click on cProjects to "test" it, a new web window opens saying that the link is broken.

Can anyone tell what all steps need to be taken inorder to see to the cProjects initial screen. The basis person has done his part and installed CPRXRPM.
