Download Stack from SAP Marketplace to my ECC 6.0 (abap+java)

Hi gurus

I have a doubt about the process of support package (stack) download. I don´t want downloading from maintenance optimizer, I´m doing this process directly from Sap Marketplace, in first step (1 of 3) I have to select the target stack (which is the stack level that I intend to make an update) and the source target (which is the actually stack level of my system)... Ok I choose them with no problem, the situation and my doubt is below that where I have a check list of "Usage Selection" (image). How can I know which one I must choose for my system... I don´t understand what is that, for instance "Strategic Enterprise Mgmt" ; E-"Recruting" or "EP Core"!!!... etc...

So how can I know which of these components I need to check to downloading for my system, how can I know that?

Hi,

Afte the selection of target stack u hav to select the Kernel files for the your OS and DB.

after that you need not to bother abt any thing...but the things is if you know which components you want to download then it will save your time.. other wise you will get complete stack for all the components.

for that reason only you have to select the particular components. while applying support pack stack in JSPM or SDM it will select only required components for your system, it will ignore the remaining components.

First sorry for the late answer, and regarding this issue I think I already understand the concept of this and more important than that which was my confusion, I must see with attention what is the leading component of a certain SAP Business Suite SP Stacks. I´m mentioned the information which is in that table in the bottom of the following page:

For instance and in agreement with that table the SAP ERP 6.0 (SAP ERP 2005) have the component SAPKH600xx (SAP_APPL) as leading component...

As per your query you have to visit on service.sap.com and download support pack accordingly, also check the support pack requirement which is going to implement.

You need to know what all the software components selected during the installation of ECC6 (ABAP+JAVA) system,you can find the relevant information at SAP level system>status or JAVA level http://<FQDN>:5<InstanceNumber>00>system Information-->All software components

You can Check note 774615 may help you
