MTO - Planning strategy 52 PR for components

Dear Experts,

Scenario MTO - Planning strategy- 52(finished Products)

BOM : FG<component

case-1

Forecast released to S4 HANA MRP RUN creates Planned order for FG and PR created for component

case-2

Sales order created MRP RUN creates Planned order for FG and PR created for component

question what is the different between PR from case-1 and case-2

as we have requirement to block those PR for component from case-1 so that planner wont convert PR to PO for procurement - reason until sales order received from planner not sure about component requirement

where as PR(depended demand) created from sales order no need to block

if i know the technical difference between PR-1 and PR-2 i can use MRP badi to block and delete using batch job until next planning run
