PR and PO Rejection Button not appearing

Hello everyone,

I have a problem where the button for PO Rejection in transaction ME29N and PR Rejection in ME54N is not appearing in both transactions. in transaction ME54 and ME28 the reject option is not active for the menu edit->release->reject.

Can anyone assist with why this is that way and how to correct it.

Hi,

Please check whether for the corresponding PR or PO - final release is completed ?

If yes then Reject will not appear in ME54N and in ME54 it will shown in grey mode.

Once we will release the PO, the rejection icon will disappear from the transaction code ME29N.

Please check for un released PO and if it is not appearing then check the authorization by using transaction code SU53.
