Schedule time not showing values

Hi Friends,

I have created one business view and scheduled with option Run-->Now

then i opened crystal report with username(Administrator) which is showing prompt with values.

after that i opened for particular user(smart) is not showing any values(Values is there this user).

I cleared scheduled instance in BV then i opened crystal report it showing prompt values that user(smart)

i am not sure about why not showing values when scheduled time....I need to schedule that BV..

Kindly help on this
