Issue in scrapping by MFBF and BAPI

When we do component scrapping the storage type and bin in material document is selected from supply area of workcenter used in production verison as production line REM scenario.

But when we do it by BAPI_REPMANCONF1_CREATE_MTS its getting selcted which set up in movement type 551 (Quality area).

How to make it possible getting same storage type and bin to get by this BAPI...these supply areas vary for different materials...

Its connected thorugh production supply area of workcenter and control cycle...while BAPI follows 551 type stor type and bin mentioned in config.
