Quality for 412 E mov. type

Hello Friends,

I want to activate quality for 412 E movement type, I have cheked in Inspection for Goods Movements in IMG, here in MovType/Update Control/Inspection Lot Origin for this movement type no inspection lot origin is defined, aslo this field is in display mode only.

Please guide how to activate Quality settings for the same.
