Level 1 Training is extended during the Project Preparation Stage and this cover the birds eye view of the broad features of SAP and the various modules that are being implemented during the project. Everyone in the company who is interested can attend this training.
Level 2 Training is extended during the Business Blueprint Stage and goes into the intricacies of each module and the Core Users of the team are made savvy to SAP and posting of the transactions. This is more focussed.
Both need the manuals carrying the presentation content to be documented for future reference and would be a part of the historical assets of the company.
