Setting Reorder point for a forecast based Planned material

Hi all,

I want to maintain a reorder point for a material which is stored at a remote storage location. I have set following parameters on MRP-4 Tab for that remote storage location (Say ABC is that storage location).

For "ABC" storage location.

SLoc MRP Ind -->2

Reorder Point -- > 200

Replenishment Qty --> 500

I have maintained PIR for this material as 1000

Currently Reservation is automatically created for Storage Location ABC but PIR is not getting consumed due to which a separate Planned order of 500 units is created as well.

How to resolve this problem, replenishment qty should consume available PIR if its available and separate planned order should not be created in this case as per my requirement.

Please guide me through.
