Transfer the Postings from One G/L Account to the Other

Hi,

I had some postings under one G/L Account. I want to transfer the Open items from this account to the Newly created G/L Account(Open Item Management check box is selected). Please let me know how to do this.

Hi Kedar,

There is no standard functionality available in SAP to transfer the open items from one GL to another.

You need to create the new GL with correct settings and pass a manual JV using Tcode F-02.

Hi

You can transfer only Balances from one G/L Account to the other , but Line Items(Open Items) Cant be transferred.
