Customization of factsheet application in fiori

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement in which i am required to add custom filter options in a factsheet fiori application.

Ex . - In case of factsheet "Purchase order" from MM module, the factsheet displays all the Purchase orders in ECC system. However if we want to filter the output, to display only PO's created in a particular month it is not possible. We want to put a filter on the field "Ordered on " in the Purchase order factsheet so that only PO's created in a particular month will be visible.

In order to fulfill this requirement , are there any changes required in XML annotation file in the oData for this factsheet or we need to modify the factsheet SAPUI5 appliation itself?
