Downloading records in in excel sheet from ALV.

Hi,

I am downloading Records from ALV GRID DIsplay to Excel sheet but i am unable to get all records that are displayed in ALV report.

I am getting only 73 records if i have only 180

Any inputs please for correctine the error

Hi Rasheed,

have you given the standard one to download to excel i.e check whether you have given %PC in pf-status for downloading the contents to excel.

hi

you can follow these stapes and get ur work done

go to List > select Export > Spreadsheet or just click the excel icon from the tool bar.This would download the data to excel.

I am using Standard ALV tools nop custum PF status is maintained.

Hi Rasheed,

Check if you are downloading the ALV report into a Spreadsheet format. It should work then.

Hi,

Instead of selecting 'Spreadsheet' directly,

Select "Local File" and then Select "Spreadsheet" Option.
