MSS Team Calendar query

Hello Experts,

i am working on MSS BP 7.0. i am using SAP standard functionality for MSS Team calendar. there i am able to see the various options in drop down for selection of employees those are as follows.

1. Direct repartees 2. employees from organizational units 3. employees from organizational hierarchy 4. who's who

so out of these 4 options, i am not able to make out any difference in the option no 2 and 3 . i am getting the same data (list of employees) for these two options.

so could you please tell me the exact difference in these two options and where they are being used.
