Hi All,

Is it possible to do MIRO on cancelled document? I have done a GR, cancelled it, again cancelled the cancelled document. Now will the system allow me to do MIRO on this purchase order?

HI

You can do MIRO for such a document.

But if exicse capturing is there during MIGO then it will create issues with excise postings and may be accounts during MIRO ..... but if no taxes involved then you can go ahead.

Hello,

It should allow MIRO for the purchase order as there is balance in GR/IR clearing for the said PO. (as you have canceled the migo cancellation document).

But the doubt i am having is whether system will pick the GR doc number at the time of MIRO.

Not sure how system will behave. Check the same and update.

Yes system will allow , and if you are taking GR refernece then enter last material doc

Hi,

In GR cancelling of Cancelled document is nothing but creation of orginal document.

So System consider 101 for the canceled document GR.

You can proceed for MIRO for this document with reference to PO.

Yes in this case system will allow to do the MIRO.

Please check the PO history before doing MIRO.
