Dear Consultants,

We have created a PR with t-code ME51N & it is completed & saved with a PR no. 5000012345.

The problem is that this PR is to be approved by our HOD as its budget is in its Limit of Sanction , but when he is trying to see this particular PR in T-Code ME54N , it is not visible in it.

But when seen in ME51N it is visible.

Plz provide me the solution to this problem.

In me53n , the release strategy under status we have a check sign in it.

No PR exists.

Creation of PR was done through ME51N & we have got its PR number. It is also visible in ME52N.

But when it has to approved from our HOD , then it it not showing up in ME54N.

Approval have some stages , say

till 49,999/- user cab approve it.

till 50,000/- it can be approved by HOD.

till 1 lakh it can be approved by Plant HOD.

so this is the case where this PR have to be approved from HOD but when ever he tries to see the same pr it does not display in ME54N whereas it is appearing in ME51N & ME52N.

Hi Vivek ,

As per ur communication PR is visible , but did u check whether the Release Strategy is applied for the same.

Just check whether the release tab exists at the Header/ Item level of PR in ME53n / ME52n.

I doubt release strategy might not be applied, therefore u not able to see it ME54N.
