Hyper link not working- Showing message DOCUMENTS MOVED TO FOLDER OUTPUT

Hello All,

I had used HTML code for composing email when clicking the link 'CLICK'.

example.com?Subject=Hello%20again" target="_top">.

But wen i clicked the link it is moving to another tcode and showing message as 'DOCUMENTS MOVED TO FOLDER OUTPUT.'

Please help me to overcome this issue.
