we have more than 2000 unassigned role , and some time we delete role from user profile

how we can delete unassigned role automatically ?

if you want to complete delete the role then you need to put the roles in a transport in dev, delete them, then migrate the transport through the landscape. prior to doing this you might choose to download the role for reference

i already created our customized role in prdocution

since you are posting your question in the NW ABAP User Administration and Authorization tag, a security role in this context is a role created in PFCG. Maintaining security roles should be undertaken in development and then tested before migrating to production.
