Web service installation in S/4 Hana for data transfer from IBP to S/4

Hi,

I want to transfer data from IBP to S/4 Hana through CPI-DS. I was referring to the following link:

I was trying to install webservice in client 200. However in RSA1 transaction I am getting the message

"You can only work in client 100"

Our Basis team informed me that client 200 is not a BW client and hence we cannot install webservice.

I need to know is there a way I can still install webservice in client 200 for data transfer from IBP to S/4? Is there any other way we can do the data transfer directly from S/4 Hana to IBP? Can you help please?

I know we can extract data to a flat file and then try to upload it. But we don't want to do that. We want system to system transfer.
