MTS scenario deficit of sl unrestricted-use in VL02N

Hi Guru

I have process to delivery for the MTS scenario but system given the following error message.

Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 1.000 PC : 12180000000 6901 4111

Message No. M7021

Diagnosis

Shortfall below the specified stock level or quantity amounting to 1.000 PC.

System Response

If the message is an error message (E), the above is not allowed.

If the message is a warning message (W), the system will allow your input, but the warning is intended to prevent you entering a wrong quantity.

Procedure

In the case of a warning message, check the quantity entered.

In the case of an error message, change the quantity or terminate processing

Hi Lakshmipathi

Thank you for your replay.

You can reference the operation for Delivery note part as below step ,

• 1.Fix the material master

• 2.Cancel DN item ,don’t cancel the DN Number

• 3.Cancel SO item，don’t cancel the SO

• 4.Add the material as a new SO item on the existing SO

• 5.Add the SO item on the delivery note for linkage as below screen shot
• Before making the sales order change the master data if ok but after making the sales order do not change the master master data most of the problem come because of master data.
