SSM 7.0 - Problem with transporter

We are having trouble with the transport from a client's development to QA environment. It appears the transporter is not loading correctly. The development and QA boxes were installed the same week with the same information, but the log file shows there is something that is not deployed:

Application sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~co~ui~xi~channel~wd is not deployed on cluster element get its aliases and it is not possible to {2}.

Further up in the log is this error message:

The SQL statement "INSERT INTO "SMART_USAGE" ("TIME_STAMP","SDATE","STIME","NODE_ID","USER_KEY","OBJ_KEY","RESPONSE_TIME","EXTERNAL_LINK","SESSION_ID","CONSUMER_KEY") VALUES (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)" contains the semantics error[s]: - 1:13 - the table or view >>SMART_USAGE<< does not exist

#com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: The SQL statement "INSERT INTO "SMART_USAGE" ("TIME_STAMP","SDATE","STIME","NODE_ID","USER_KEY","OBJ_KEY","RESPONSE_TIME","EXTERNAL_LINK","SESSION_ID","CONSUMER_KEY") VALUES (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)" contains the semantics error[s]: - 1:13 - the table or view >>SMART_USAGE<< does not exist

Is it possible this is related to using the BI connector? Also, how can we determine which SP/HF we're on?

Let me know if you need the entire log message and how to get it to you.

Thanks,

Laura
