Security Zones - Logging on to the Portal not possible anymore

Hi guys,

I changed something in Security Zones properties in Development System and now I can not log on to the Portal anymore (nobody can). I get the following message:

An exception occured while processing your request.

If this situation persists, please contact your system administrator.

How can I deal with this problem ? Can I reset somehow the Portal Permission ?
