Classic Scenario : Contract does not get transferred to ECC

Hi ,

when i create a contract from a bid invitation , i get the message that the contract is created. But the contact does not get transferred to ECC. the entry remains in table " BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB" even after we run clean reqreq. The quotations remains in error in transfer.
