Cross Financial year retro HCM

Hi,

We have one associate who was trainee in the month of Feb 2008, for this financial year in the month of June 09 HR convereted him as full time employee, when we are running the payroll for the month of June 09 SAP through an error stating that associate does not have the 12th pay results.

Can you please advise what are the changes we need to do to calculate the salary. (Retro effective Feb'08 onwards)

Error :U No payroll results available for 12th Period of 2008 for employee 00012630
