Display Columns option reqd in report

Hello

I have created 1 report through report painter. This report is having around 14-15 columns.

I want to know wheather it is possible to create any variant as we do in Y reports so that

user can select the columns only those he wants to see.

Hi

Using report painter i think you dont have option to choose layout. So it is not possible to create the variant to select the columns.

Hi Ashish,

Select the columns that are to be hide, right click and hide the column. Now go to Menu bar and click the report, there you can see save layout. click it.

You can save the layout in the report and create variant in the initial screen of the report.
