Credt Management Issue



I have few querries related to Credit management, these are as follows:-

1. How and when Payment History of a Customer in FD32 get updated? I have maintained the selected the check box for Payment History in Customer Master, and Data in FD32 is properly maintained. Even after that the Payment History is not getting updated.

2. How can we configure the automatic mail to Credit manager, if a document get blocked due to Credit Check? Since as per the SAP Help file :-

If the order is blocked, the credit representative processes the

blocked order either from a list of blocked sales and distribution

documents, or from his/her Mailbox. You define whether or not a mail is

sent to a credit representative in Customizing under the menu path

Logistics - General --> Promotion --> Message Determination

but I am unable to find this path.

3. How can we give the authorisation to different User to to release the Document which get blocked due to credit check on the basis of Value of Documents, for ex. if the credit exposure is upto 50,000/- User A can release it, and if the credit exposure is more than 50.000/- User B should have the authorisation to release the document.

4. Will you please explain me the use of field 'User1,' User2,' and 'User3' in OVA8.
