Dear All,

I am issuing material through MB1A and using 201 movement type . When i save document system shows message

"In future , bataches are to be managed uniquely at material level" the message number is M7654.

i dunt want this message to be appeared. i want if system shows document saved and shows document number.

How can i show message the one i want,

Go to SPRO: MM > Inventory management and physical inventory > Define attributes to system messages

and select your messge no : M7 654 and change the message catagory to W or no message (blank)

You can make this message as information Follow the following path

SPRO - Material management - enviornment and then enter your mesage number and change it to information

Please go to transaction code OMCQ and check this error message.

Hi,

For your plant Batch management is activated, but for this Material which you are posting is not activated for Batch Management in the Material master.

thats why you are getting the Information message like this.

If you want you can convert this to either Warning message or Error message in OMCQ.
