Hi Gurus,

I made a change in PSTN virtual unit (I change the parameter Maximum number of simultaneous prompts), I applied the change to all hosts, but HAC node have no the change.

I made the following steps:

1.- To Change for development mode.

2.- To Change the parameters in PSTN virtual unit.

3.- To Saves PSTN virtual unit.

4.- click right on PSTN virtual unit and press Apply Changes to All Hosts.

When I open the PSTN HAC node, the change was not applied.

I tried to stop and start the virtual unit again, but we still have the issue.

Does someone know if I missed some step?

NOTE: All virtual unit are green including PSTN.

Best regards,

Hi Fernando,

Did you do the change at virtual unit level? Meaning that in IA at the left side, on the top is HAC node level and at the bottom is VU level.

Change at HAC level is not permanent and these kind of changes should be done at VU level. Plus also remember to select synchronize instances command before applying changes.

Hope this helps!

Hi Fernando,

just to add: if you want to review the installations from logs, set loglevels appropriately and look for the latest VUA logs (+ IA and HAC) Ref. Troubleshooting, Logging and Tracing documentation.
