Link between planned order and purchase requisition

Hi,

What is the link between planned order and purchase requisition? If I have the number of a planned order that has already been converted to a PR, but I don't know the PR number, how can I find out what the PR is? I also need to know the opposite, i.e. if I have a PR that has been created from a planned order, how do I determine which planned order it was created from? Help is appreciated, thanks.

Regards

Hi

You can view the Purchase requisition in the plant using ME5A t. code.

Go to PR display mode ME53N select the account assignment tab in item details, in that you can view the planned order number in order filed.

The account assignment category for PR which created from Planned order is F

Thanks

Hi,

There is no account assignment for PRs created from planned orders in our system (field is blank / greyed out) so I can't get the required information that way.

Hi

Otherwise check the contact person tab page in item details of PR , in that you have Creation Indicator U Converted from Planned order.

Thanks

Yes, you are correct, the creation indicator is showing "converted planned order", but there is no planned order number there. I need to know the planned order the PR was created from. Help is appreciated, thanks.

Hi

In STD SAP once you convert the planned order to PR the Planned order number will get delete automatically, you will not able to see the planned order number anywhere in system. This is a standrad behaviour of SAP.

Thanks

Use the tables PLAF -> EBKN -> EBAN:

PLAF-PLNUM -> EBKN-VBELN
PLAF-KDPOS -> EBKN-VBELP
EBKN-BANFN -> EBAN-BANFN
EBKN-BNFPO -> EBAN-BNFPO
EBAN-LOEKZ -> ABAP_FALSE
