IW32 disabled screen to update status

Hi experts...

why i cannot change the status in IW32 from status SPRO (Service order initiated) to CANC (Service Order Cancelled)?

the screen disabled. what is the condition make the status disabled? - normally its ok. where i should check?

HI,

Please check whether you have proper authorization, after changing the status in another session give T-CODE as 'SU53'

and see if any details exists.

The system status is CLSD MANC NCMP NMAT PRC

Please check the current system status of the service order.

If it is technicaly completed then also you can not change the user status.
